Job Summary:
As a Sales Advisor for the secondary market, you’ll focus on properties in the secondary msrket, providing clients with expert guidance and fostering strong relationships to drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on properties in the Dubai market
- Build and nurture client relationships for repeat and referral opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and close deals to achieve monthly targets
- Stay informed on market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Commission-based structure with attractive earnings potential
