Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager will drive talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates aligned with our company values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Maintain recruitment metrics and databases

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in Real Estate sector or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
