FIVE LUXE

Acquired in a partially built state in August, and located next to some of Dubai’s most popular tourist attractions – and the cruise ship terminals.

In line with our development ethos, the FIVE design team reviewed the pre-existing designs – and radically improved them by turning the residential units and hotel rooms to face the Palm skyline and beachfront to create amazing views.

FIVE LUXE will be a one-of-a-kind hotel and residential tower. It will house 222 hotel rooms and 277 residences, seven culinary and nightlife venues, and an event venue located on the Rig. Its guests and residents will enjoy ReFIVE Spa, an iconic social pool, 150+ plunge pools, and a private beach.

Part of FIVE LUXE is SENSORIA. FIVE’s masterfully designed ultra-luxe residences will have unfiltered access to the hotel. Radiating not just residential luxury, SENSORIA will equally embody cutting-edge sustainability through smart systems and resource-conserving technology. The Hotel and Residences are on track to acquire LEED Platinum (BD+C) and SPIRE and are therefore not just meeting, but exceeding, the sustainability of its predecessors.
