Off Plan Real Estate Sales Manager (off-plan/secondary)

Job Summary:

The Off Plan Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading the sales team in selling off-plan properties. This role involves developing sales strategies, driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in off-plan property sales, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for off-plan properties.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance team capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with comprehensive information about off-plan properties and assisting them throughout the buying process.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and stay ahead of competitors. Analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and investors. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals effectively.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and development teams to ensure smooth sales operations and alignment with company objectives.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote off-plan properties and generate leads.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Oversee the preparation and processing of necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous managerial experience is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
    • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and off-plan property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
